Artist's comments:
Eugene Held, an Iowa farmer and my uncle, ran the family farm. He raised cattle and grew corn, soybeans and oats. An avid photographer, he took pictures at the county fair of prize winning animals and was sought after as a wedding photographer. He died October 20, 2006 at the age of 80.

I choose to honor him and all family farmers with my catfish.
